Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with seating arrangements, and manage waitlists efficiently.
• Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations.
• Clear and bus tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and billing.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and guests to coordinate service smoothly.
• Support banquet or special event setups by assisting with food distribution and guest needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, energetic demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced setting for extended periods.
• Experience with food preparation, bussing, or kitchen operations is advantageous.
• Hospitality or hotel experience can enhance your ability to provide guest-centric service.
