Position Summary: The Senior Manager, Learning & Development is responsible for defining and leading the organization’s enterprise learning strategy, ensuring all training programs align with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards. This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership and is accountable for building scalable, effective learning solutions that drive performance, support compliance, and enable organizational growth.

- Build and lead the enterprise learning and development strategy, aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Conduct needs analyses and partner with stakeholders to identify trends, performance gaps, and targeted learning opportunities.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify capability gaps and translate business priorities into learning solutions.
- Translate strategy into actionable plans and, where needed, directly support the development and implementation of learning solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on learning, development, and training effectiveness across the organization.
- Own the enterprise compliance training framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory and accreditation requirements (URAC, ACHC, NABP).
- Ensure all training programs meet audit readiness standards, including documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Partner closely with Compliance to support audits, regulatory reviews, and ongoing risk mitigation efforts.
- Establish and maintain consistent training standards, processes, and expectations across all business units.
- Oversee and directly contribute to the design and delivery of enterprise learning programs, ensuring solutions are scalable, consistent, and aligned with business and operational needs.
- Lead the development and implementation of blended learning approaches (e.g., instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning experiences).
- Partner closely with team members and stakeholders to support the development of content, materials, and learning solutions as needed.
- Facilitate working sessions with subject matter experts to define learning objectives, content strategy, and delivery approach.
- Establish and own evaluation strategies to measure learning effectiveness and business impact (e.g., Kirkpatrick model).
- Leverage data and analytics to assess program success, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
- Interpret qualitative and quantitative data to assess training effectiveness and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Build and scale the enterprise learning function, including structure, processes, and resource planning.
- Lead and develop internal and/or external learning resources, including instructional design and vendor partners.
- Set clear priorities and ensure accountability for execution across learning initiatives.
- Remain actively engaged in key initiatives, providing hands-on support to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, including setting performance expectations, providing ongoing feedback, and supporting career development.
- Manage team performance and ensure alignment to priorities, quality standards, and timely delivery.
- Own vendor strategy, including selection, implementation, and performance management of learning partners.
- Evaluate and implement learning technologies and tools to enhance accessibility, scalability, and effectiveness.
- Drive innovation in learning, including simulation-based and digital learning solutions.

- 10 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
- Experience leading enterprise learning initiatives across large or complex organizations.
- Experience supporting compliance-driven or regulated environments preferred (healthcare, pharmacy, etc.).
- Experience building or scaling a learning function strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in Retail, Mail Order of Specialty Pharmacy, PBM, pharmaceutical or managed health care industry preferred.
- Home-based office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues, and occasional local and/or overnight travel, including exposure to heat, cold, and inclement weather conditions.
- Transportation for travel typically will include automobile and plane.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
