Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
In search of a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to fill a hands-on, working supervisory role. The prospective applicant will oversee, advise and assist a crew of maintenance technicians, as well as coordinate incoming service requests by priority. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for upholding a standard of facility appearance, work quality and professionalism that is indicative to the expectations and culture of company leadership.
Requirements
Management experience required. Ability to repeated lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Time and productivity management skills a must. Facilities coordination and maintenance experience preferred. Seeking competent professional that is safety oriented with great coaching/corrective action skills. Proficiency with Gmail, Microsoft Word and Excel would be a great plus!

Pay
$24-25/HR 40 Hours Weekly
Duties:
- Coordinate and distribute incoming service requests from management team in a manner consistent with operational priorities.
- Maintain storefront accessibility and appearance by overseeing general opening and preparation procedures for service and events.
- Maintain quality customer experience by overseeing/completing rotational quarterly up-keep checklists and deep cleaning projects at multiple hospitality entities.
- Ensure equipment and building operation systems are in good working order by tracking preventive maintenance schedules; maintaining maintenance records; completing repairs and installing replacement parts when applicable.
- Facilitate logistics and transport of products, equipment and supplies to fulfill needs of several departmental operations on a daily basis.
- Support banquet department with set-up preparation for meetings, corporate events and weddings by mobilizing tables and chairs; building room separators; setting up furnishings and verifying accuracy to a printed floor plan layout.
- Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical infrastructures for proper function; Diagnose, delegate and schedule maintenance applicable repairs.
- Maintain safe, clean and professional work environment by complying with company regulations policies and procedures.
Salary : $24 - $25
