Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual occupational therapy services to a student via teletherapy
- Conduct consultations with school staff, parents, and other service providers as appropriate
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations related to occupational therapy goals and accommodations
- Collaborate with the educational team to support the student’s developmental and functional needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Develop strategies and recommendations to support the student in the educational setting
- Active Occupational Therapist license in South Carolina
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred
- Experience providing teletherapy or virtual services is a plus
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and school-based occupational therapy services
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
