Gross Weekly: $2,300- $2400/ Week- Based on experience

Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Terms: 13 Weeks

Birch Agency is seeking a CT Technologist to join our team

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating medical conditions. The CT Tech ensures patient safety, proper positioning, radiation protection, and accurate imaging while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans according to physician orders and established imaging protocols.
• Prepare and position patients for CT procedures.
• Administer contrast media as prescribed and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
• Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment.
• Completes examination, consultation, and billing procedures as required.
• Ensure adherence to radiation safety standards.
• Monitor patient condition during procedures and respond to emergencies.
• Accurately document procedures and patient information in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards in the imaging suite.

Requirements

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiological Technology, Nuclear Medicine or Radiation Therapy School.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist certification through American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and CT imaging protocols
