Purpose:
The Graphic Design Administrator will support the marketing team in developing visually compelling materials that communicate our brand, science, and product value. This role will play a key part in translating complex concepts in animal health and nutrition into engaging visuals for diverse audiences.
Accountabilities:
- Effectively utilizes Asana to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and collaboration with team members
- Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, ads, social media graphics, product packaging, and trade show assets
- Maintain and evolve BioZyme’s brand identity across all channels
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create cohesive campaigns
- Develop visual content that simplifies scientific and technical information
- Prepare files for print and digital distribution
- Assist in website and email design updates
- Ensure consistency in messaging and visual standard
- Stay current with design trends and tools
Qualifications:
- Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
- Required Experience:
- 3 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, and digital design skills
- Experience with resizing
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience with digital marketing assets and social media design
- Basic understanding of print production processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing and able to relocate or live within commutable distance of Headquarters (St. Joseph, MO)
- Willing and able to be 100% in-person for this role
