Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Clinical Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. In this on-site role, the Clinical Specialist will provide technical expertise and support to healthcare professionals and patients, specifically related to the use and functionality of BIOTRONIK’s devices. Responsibilities will include assisting with device implant procedures, conducting device programming, offering post-procedure support, educating clinical staff, and ensuring optimal workflow utilization. Additionally, the Clinical Specialist will act as a critical liaison between BIOTRONIK and healthcare providers, fostering strong relationships and communication.
Qualifications
- Strong technical aptitude and experience with SCS and associated medical devices
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to provide training and support to medical professionals and patients
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work in high-pressure healthcare environments
- Ability to travel locally to support healthcare facilities and provide on-site services as needed
- Experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, or medical devices preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, biomedical engineering, nursing, or a related field strongly preferred
