The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at coordinating cross-functional activity in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILIITIES:
- Oversee overall flow of kit staging from raw materials through kitting functions
- Ensures system and physical compliance with staging lane integrity
- Coordinates between quality, kitting, and staging teams to rapidly identify misses and resolve
- Escalates potential disruptions to leadership if unable to rapidly resolve
- Tracks aging inventory in location to ensure volume is processed through and coordinates with production control if inventory is aging greater than 48 hours
Skills & Qualifications
- High School Education required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in production, operations control, or materials coordination — preferably in a kitting or assembly environment.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems and inventory tracking tools required.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills; comfortable interacting across departments and with customer-facing teams.
- Hands-on mindset, with ability to work directly on the production floor.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process flow and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multiple departments.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and production reporting systems.
- Primarily floor-based in a production/warehouse environment.
- May require occasional travel to other sites or customer locations.
- Must be able to lift/move materials during sample or validation builds.
