What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate I, Production Systems position at BioTissue Holdings Inc?
Position Summary
Responsible for providing support needed for processing/manufacturing activities of HCT/P.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform routine inventory checks of materials available for production and communicate with supply chain whenever restock is needed.
- Prepare processing carts with required supplies based on schedule.
- Clean and package reusable instruments and submit for sterilization.
- Packing and organizing final product requiring final sterilization and submitting to supply chain for shipping.
- Transfer and thaw placental tissue for processing.
- Creating and stamping Batch Production Records.
- Complete requisitions for quality control samples and submit to the designated lab for bio- burden testing.
- Create and track work orders.
- Final product labeling and storage in designated quarantine area.
- Complete legible documentation (e.g. batch records, cleaning logs, etc.) for review.
- Document/report equipment and facility problems and any potential deviation.
- Responsible for performing administrative duties such as but not limited to filing, copying, scanning, and archiving documents as needed.
Skills & Abilities
Essential Duty Definition:
- Excellent communication skills; fluent (oral/written) English.
- Proficient in Microsoft software applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Position Expertise/Qualifications
- 1 year inventory control and stocking, required
- 1 year administrative support work required
- 1 year previous work experience in a GMP environment, preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Sedentary work that generally requires sitting and/or standing
Salary : $39,700 - $48,000
