Are you passionate about cell culture, viral vector production, and GMP manufacturing? We're looking for a Manufacturing Associate – Upstream to join a growing biopharmaceutical manufacturing team supporting innovative biologic therapies.

🔬 What You'll Do
✔ Support upstream manufacturing activities in a GMP environment
✔ Assist with mammalian cell culture and cell expansion activities
✔ Support cell passaging for suspension and adherent cultures
✔ Assist with single-use bioreactor operations
✔ Support transfection and infection processes
✔ Prepare media and buffer solutions
✔ Conduct in-process testing including:
- Cell density
- Metabolites
- pH
- Osmolality
- Conductivity
✔ Maintain aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations
✔ Complete cGMP documentation, batch records, SOPs, and deviations
✔ Support manufacturing team operations and continuous improvement initiatives
✅ What We're Looking For
🎓 High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in a related scientific field preferred.
🧪 Previous experience in upstream GMP manufacturing of biologics is essential.
🧪 Relevant experience in GMP biologics manufacturing
🧫 Hands-on experience or exposure with:
- Life Sciences
- Biology
- Biomanufacturing
- GMP Manufacturing
- Upstream Processing
- Aseptic Processing
- Cleanroom Operations
- Engineering or technical manufacturing environments
