- Strong background in electrical or high-voltage systems.
- Hands-on experience with electromechanical testing and test design
- Testing for EMC/EMI and safety compliance (IEC 60601 is a plus)
- Experience contributing to CAPA, root cause investigations, and validation activities
- Background in medical devices (preferred) or similar industries (capital equipment, imaging, automotive)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence engineering decisions
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
🔑 What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end compliance strategy across the product lifecycle
- Act as the technical SME for compliance in design reviews and engineering decisions
- Drive and execute electromechanical, EMC/EMI, and safety testing (internal & external)
- Design and influence test methods and validation strategies
- Identify risks early and guide teams through root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA)
- Partner closely with R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory teams
- Support audits, certifications, and regulatory interactions
- Mentor engineers and elevate compliance capabilities across the team
🌍 Benefits
