We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to support a leading clinical research organisation in Miami, Florida. This position involves accurate data processing, documentation, and study record management, maintaining confidential participant data, completing study-related data entry tasks, and ensuring compliance with clinical research guidelines and internal procedures.
This position is 37.5-40 hours per week, and a 6 month rolling contract with high likelihood of extension.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and review clinical study data
- Maintain organised and confidential participant records
- Complete data entry for paper and electronic case report forms
- Monitor data completion and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Support data quality checks and query resolution
- Follow study protocols, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
- Complete required system and sponsor training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems
- Ability to communicate professionally and work collaboratively
- Experience in a clinical or research environment preferred
- Familiarity with GCP/ICH guidelines is an advantage
