This position combines provider-facing relationship management with patient education and clinical consultation, offering a unique blend of field work, healthcare training, and patient engagement.
What You'll Do
Partner with Healthcare Practices
- Serve as the primary point of contact for provider offices across your territory
- Deliver training and educational programs to clinical and administrative teams
- Help practices incorporate new technology and clinical workflows into everyday operations
- Drive adoption, utilization, and long-term success within customer accounts
- Build strong relationships with providers and office staff
Guide and Educate Patients
- Conduct virtual consultations with patients regarding testing results and treatment options
- Explain clinical findings in a clear, patient-friendly manner
- Present therapy recommendations and discuss insurance and payment pathways
- Support patients throughout their healthcare journey
- Ensure a high-quality, compassionate patient experience
What We're Looking For
- Experience in healthcare, dental, respiratory, sleep medicine, or other patient-facing clinical environments
- Background in account management, field support, implementation, practice development, or healthcare sales
- Strong presentation and training abilities
- Comfortable speaking with both clinicians and patients
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated, consultative, and relationship-driven
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization
