Job Description

TheAnalyst,Business System arekeyteamcontributors to thebusiness requirements,development,and enhancement of business applications, providingbothtechnicalandbusiness knowledge to system projects. The position has the responsibility for theelicitation and documentation andmanagement ofbusiness requirements related to new or existingapplications. The position will be instrumental in the development,identificationand implementation of system modifications that will improve productivity within theexistingsystem(s)or requirementsrelated to a new system build.

In This Role You Willbe Responsible For

• Compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
• Learningand understandingthe business processes aroundClinical Development Operations technology solutions.
• Respondingto questions andconsultationwith business usersregardingcurrent and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.
• Developingdetailed business user requirements,functional requirements, user stories,system documentation, workflow procedures, anddata flows.
• Ensuringcurrent andaccuratesystemrequirements anddocumentationfor existing and new systems
• Conductingresearch and analysis into the nature, effect, and results of system issues and proper resolution.
• Helpingto drivealignment between business and technologyteamon plans, requirements, sprint schedules, trade-offs, and show cases while ensuring all understand the scope and goals of the project.
• Consultingwith functional areas to develop understanding of the varied and complex business needs supported by the system.
• Determininghow changing business needs will affect the systems.
• Creating andmanagingsystem change requests anddocumentation supporting implementations.
• Working collaboratively andeffectively with both technical and business team members.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree with2years experienceormastersdegreein business information systems, or a discipline closely related to the client area served.
• Proven experience in thedocumentation,implementation, configuration, and operations ofcustom andpurchasedtechnology solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to effectively lead andfacilitatemeetings with customers and technical team members.
• Must bedeliverablefocusedand detail oriented.
• Mustexhibitexceptional teamwork skills.
