What You’ll Do
- Develop relationships with marketing, communications, brand, and talent leaders across biotech and pharma
- Drive new business through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting
- Expand accounts by increasing brand visibility and thought leadership presence
- Sell integrated solutions across digital advertising, sponsored content, podcasts, and events.
- Deliver consultative, insight-driven recommendations aligned to client objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute impactful campaigns
- Achieve or exceed revenue targets
- Manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce
- Represent BioSpace as a trusted media and thought leadership partner
- 3-5 years’ experience with 2 years selling digital advertising, media, or content marketing solutions
- Strong track record in business development or account growth
- Ability to engage senior-level marketing and communications leaders
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
