About Bioscope.ai
Bioscope.ai is building the first Clinical AI Team — a coordinated suite of specialized AI colleagues that helps physicians deliver truly personalized, precision medicine to their patients. We integrate whole genome sequencing, microbiome analysis, proteomics, wearable data, and clinical records into a unified intelligence platform that participates actively in care delivery. We are a fast-growing, mission-driven team headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a bright, early-career AI professional to join us as our AI Enablement Manager. This is a unique, high-visibility role where you will work directly with our leadership team to accelerate how Bioscope uses AI tools across every function of the company — from operations and finance to clinical science and engineering.
You will serve as the company’s internal AI coach, trainer, and strategist. You’ll help our team members — especially non-technical staff — become genuinely confident and productive using AI tools in their day-to-day work. You will also work side-by-side with our VP of Administration and leadership team to identify, test, and implement new AI-powered workflows across the business.
What You’ll Do
AI Enablement & Training
Design and deliver one-on-one and small-group AI training sessions for staff across all departments
Serve as the primary AI coach for the VP of Administration and other leadership team members, building real proficiency with Claude, Google Workspace AI, Notion AI, and other tools
Develop practical, role-specific playbooks and guides so each team member can use AI effectively in their daily tasks
Maintain an internal library of AI prompts, workflows, and best practices
Stay current on new AI tools, models, and capabilities and bring relevant insights back to the team
Process & Workflow Automation
Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient workflows and redesign them using AI-powered tools
Collaborate with operations, finance, and administration to implement automation using tools like Claude, Slack, Notion, Bill.com, and Google Workspace
Support the build-out of AI-assisted HR, onboarding, and administrative workflows
Track and report on the business impact of AI adoption initiatives
Tool Management & Strategy
Evaluate and recommend new AI tools and platforms that could benefit the company
Serve as the internal subject matter expert on our existing AI tool stack (Claude, Notion AI, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
Assist leadership with vendor assessments, demos, and pilots for new AI software
Support data governance and responsible AI use practices across the organization
What We’re Looking For
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and their practical applications in the workplace
Excellent communication skills — you can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
Located in or willing to relocate to the Indianapolis, Indiana area
Preferred
MBA or graduate coursework in business, technology management, or a related field
Hands-on experience with large language models (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) in a professional or academic setting
Familiarity with business productivity tools such as Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Bill.com, or Rippling
Experience with prompt engineering, AI workflow automation, or AI tool evaluation
Prior internship or work experience in a technology, healthcare technology, or startup environment
Interest in or knowledge of the healthcare or life sciences industry
What We Offer
Competitive salary: $70,000 – $95,000 depending on experience and qualifications
Equity participation through Bioscope’s ISO stock option plan
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits (Anthem / Humana)
401(k) plan
Direct access and mentorship from Bioscope’s leadership team
A front-row seat to the AI revolution in healthcare — with real responsibility from day one
Flexible, hybrid work environment in the Indianapolis area
