- Assisting with the organization and clean-up of internal systems by standardizing data fields, updating missing information, and helping maintain accurate records
- Supporting the development of tools and models that track customer and supplier activity, performance, and health
- Helping categorize and validate product and service data to improve reporting accuracy and market insights
- Contributing to the creation of dashboards, reports, or scoring frameworks that highlight key engagement trends and business opportunities
- Collaborating with team members to identify areas for process improvement and assist in documenting new standards and workflows
- Participating in data-driven projects that inform strategy across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supplier Relations
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and an interest in working with data and systems
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with CRMs or analytics tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized with minimal supervision
