What are the responsibilities and job description for the Asst. Agronomist/Admin position at Biomimetic Soil Solutions, LLC?
Biomimetic Soil Solutions is looking for our newest team members. The ideal candidates will have an understanding of field agronomy, greenhouse and farmer clients to assist Soils Specialist in managing growers programs, monitor grower programs through an online portal, provide administrative help to fulfill our mission to accelerate the regenerative model of agriculture.
As the Agronomist/Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:
· A complete understanding of the applications and benefits of the entire Soil Toolbox complement of products.
· Management of data from testing for soil health, SAP analysis, and brix testing.
· Keeping detailed records in Farmer portal of various trials, fields, customers, crops and ongoing testing.
· Update and maintain CRM/Portal program daily.
· Generating reports and presenting findings to management team, and consult for solutions and proposed programs.
· Daily creation, oversight and management of data in all trials and programs in process.
· Attendance and participation in annual trade shows as needed.
· Assist Soils Specialist in developing programs for various crops based on farm specific conditions.
· Working with the Director, and in coordination with future Sales and Marketing teams, help to coordinate new dealer launches and support distribution activities.
· Assist Director and Soils Specialist with other ongoing projects, market strategy, product development, and other duties as needed.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
