Job Description
- Assist the full-time Tidelands staff appraiser with the tracking and assigning of work and assignments to hourly appraisers.
- Ensure the required appraisal review reports and data are uploaded into the database.
- Act as a liaison between the Tidelands case managers, and/or the applicants and the Appraisal Unit staff.
- Prepare correspondence including emails and letters to order appraisals or to provide other guidance or deficiency information.
- The position also involves utilization of various types of electronic and/or manual recording and information systems used by the bureau, including GIS and GPS.
- Familiarity with the coastal environment (including urban, suburban and rural areas), appraisal work and/or geography a plus.
- Microsoft Office
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree
