Job Description
- Answering calls on the customer service line.
- This includes assisting customers with questions on their unemployment insurance claim, troubleshooting issues, taking statements, resetting passwords and submitting requests on the customers behalf by accessing IWD's database.
- Classroom and hands-on training will be provided for all candidates.
- IWD received approximately 3000 calls per week on average.
- During the winter months calls can increase to 6500 calls per week.
- Must be proficient in basic computer skills including typing, verbal communication through computer-based platforms, and using Microsoft Outlook for email.
- Shift Time: 8 AM to 4:30 PM
- Half hour unpaid break
- Work week - Monday to Friday
