Job Description
Under immediate supervision, performs routine, repetitive clerical work of a varied nature as a beginner at the entrance level of employment which includes a relatively small proportion of difficult tasks; does other related duties as required.
- Pulling daily record requests assigned, i.e. boxes, files or microfilm.
- Handle labeling and shelving of incoming boxes.
- Refiling of the boxes and files that are returned.
- Reviewing boxes that have been pulled for disposal.
- Inputting data into the RIMS inventory system.
- Ability to follow directives
- Ability to perform simple basic data entry
- Ability to left up to 40 lbs.
- High School or GED
- 4 to 7 years' experience
- 7:30 to 3:30 or 8:00 to 4:00
- Lunch- 1 hour (Unpaid)
- 35-hour work week
- No overtime
