Core Functional expertise
1. FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) – U.S.-based
- Revenue forecasting (brand biosimilar launches)
- OPEX management, budgeting, long-range planning
- Scenario planning for pricing, access, and supply variability
2. Commercial Finance
- Gross-to-Net (GTN) ownership
- Contract modeling and validation
- Support for pricing, payer negotiations, and DSA
- Field sales incentive design & tracking
- Government reporting and approvals
3. Market Access & Trade Finance
- Rebate modeling (PBMs, Medicaid, 340B, GPOs)
- Chargeback validation
- Distribution/channel economics (wholesalers, specialty pharmacies)
- Forecast impact modeling for policy changes (IRA, ASP, J-Code shifts)
4. Accounting & Controllership
- Local GAAP compliance
- U.S. & Canada tax planning
- Inventory accounting, COGS, and standard costing alignment
- Internal controls, SOX-like structures, audit readiness
5. Business Partnering Teams
- Co-located with commercial, supply chain, and access teams
- Provide real-time business intelligence
- Ensure financial insight drives decision-making
- Strategic modeling and growth planning
- Strategic planning and end-of-quarter strategies for NA and Advanced Markets
