Why this role matters As part of the Customer Experience team, you will Support end-to-end brand execution by driving integrated marketing campaigns, cross-functional collaboration, digital engagement, and insight-driven initiatives to strengthen brand growth and achieve business objectives. . Your mission: Build Saforelle from cure to care brand in Intimate Care segmentation in Vietnam market, working closely with key stakeholders, Hospitals, Medical Associations to develop the assigned product. What you’ll do In this role, you will manage Brand Planning & Execution Support brand strategy implementation, campaigns with local and global direction. Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging and execution across all channels. Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver assigned projects on time. Cross-functional: Commercial Collaboration & Sales Support: Partner closely with Sales, Customer Marketing, Supply chains and Finance teams to translate brand strategies into actionable commercial and communication activities. Track and analyze brand development (brand health, sales, market share) and collaborate with the Brand Manager to implement suitable programs to achieve sales targets. Support budget tracking, reporting, forecasting and administrative tasks. 3. Digital, PR & Social Management Coordinate digital and social channels, including social media platforms, brand website and online content. Develop and execute content plans aligned with brand strategy, campaigns and consumer journey, strictly follows approved claims and medical brand standards. Track execution progress and performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement 4. Consumer & Market Insight Support analysis of consumer insights, market trends and competitor activities. Translate insights into relevant execution ideas and content direction Ensure creativity is practical, executable and aligned with brand DNA and consumer insights. What you bring No long wish lists or unrealistic expectations — just what really matters: A degree in Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field, with a focus on dermatological / science-based brands. Proven experience in a similar role within a Cosmetic/ Dermatological and in Intimate care .Knowledge of implementing ATL/BTL campaigns for consumer channels and sales channels; Confidence developing and overseeing user trends; Anticipate consumer trends and keep brand up to date; Collaborative mindset with clear communication. Professional or fluent English. Ability to prioritize, structure, and move work forward with sound judgment. A working style that balances autonomy, high standards, and collaboration. A genuine interest in how AI can be applied in business, with a responsible mindset focused on quality, efficiency, and performance.
