Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop.
Perform data entry tasks to ensure all financial transactions are recorded.
Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and accounts.
Utilize Excel for financial reporting, analysis, and data management.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to resolve discrepancies and provide financial insights.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel.
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Experience with bank and account reconciliations.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and systems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
