Duties

• Coordinate procurement activities, including purchasing and supplier management, to ensure timely availability of materials and components
• Manage demand planning and production scheduling using tools like SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and SQL databases to align supply with forecasted demand
• Oversee logistics and warehouse management system operations to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and improve delivery performance
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing enterprise solutions such as SAP and ERP systems to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency
• Analyze Excel data reports for supply chain planning insights, identifying areas for process improvements and cost savings
• Support manufacturing and plant management by coordinating production planning efforts aligned with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) strategies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain processes through lean manufacturing principles and operational best practices

Experience

• Proven experience in supply chain management or operations within a manufacturing environment
• Strong procurement background with familiarity in purchasing procedures and supplier negotiations
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, or similar enterprise solutions implementation
• Skilled in demand planning, production scheduling, and logistics inventory management
• Proficiency in Excel data analysis, SQL queries, and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively across departments
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, plant management, and operations optimization techniques such as lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
