Mill Maintenance Technician
Schedule: 7am – 3pm | Location: Jupiter, FL | Pay: $26.00/hour
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bead Mill Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and maintain bead mills and related process equipment in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must have hands-on experience with bead mill systems, strong electrical troubleshooting abilities, and the mechanical skills to repair and rebuild industrial equipment. This role is critical to maintaining production uptime and equipment reliability.
Qualifications – Bead Mill Maintenance Technician
Required
· Direct experience working with bead mills and milling equipment.
· Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience in an industrial environment.
· Experience repairing, rebuilding, and maintaining industrial machinery.
· Knowledge of motors, controls, electrical systems, and PLC-controlled equipment.
· Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
· Experience with pumps, compressors, and related process equipment.
· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
· Ability to perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
Preferred
· Experience in paint, coatings, chemical, ink, pigment, or similar manufacturing environments.
· Industrial maintenance certification or technical training.
· Experience using CMMS software.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb ladders as needed.
- Ability to work safely around industrial machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities – Bead Mill Maintenance Technician
· Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system issues on bead mills and related equipment.
· Rebuild, maintain, and optimize bead mills, pumps, motors, and process machinery.
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
· Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repair solutions.
· Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
· Maintain maintenance records and complete work orders.
· Support production by ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.
· Follow all company safety and maintenance procedures.
