US Transport & Warehouse Supplier Training Specialist

The US Transport & Warehouse/Supplier Training Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of Biocair’s operations through the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for the Transport & Warehouse Teams and suppliers.

The US Transport & Warehouse/Supplier Training Specialist will work with internal stakeholders to develop effective and scalable training delivery mechanisms, build meaningful assessments and business metrics to measure competence and performance, and ensure the Transport & Warehouse Team and suppliers have a consistent learning experience with current and new processes and associated skills.

Responsibilities will include:

• Partner with the US Operations and L&D Team to conduct needs assessments, identifying skill gaps and training requirements for Biocair Transport & Warehouse Teams and suppliers in areas of maintenance of temperature control, packaging validation and conditioning, and temperature mapping protocols.
• Deliver training modules for suppliers covering Code of Conduct, Service Quality expectations, client handling, safety, and appearance standards.
• Developing and updating training materials, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), presentations, and interactive modules, to support supplier training initiatives.
• Delivering training sessions through a variety of methods, including in-person workshops, virtual sessions, and e-learning platforms.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics, and making recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Work with the L&D team to identify methods and means of deployment for training.

Please note this is a full time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30 and offered as hybrid working 40% of time spent working from home, based from either our Chicago, Raleigh or San Francisco office.
