Not at all. Our compensation plan is the most competitive in the state. You'll start with a base salary of $36,000, plus receive a great commission plan on top of that. Top performers are non-capped and there is no ceiling to your earning potential!

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Texas Genreal Lines Property, Casualty, and Life license preferred, but not required.
• Ability to learn a wide variety of computer software systems.
