The Role: As a CPO, you’ll evaluate patients, design and fit custom orthotic and prosthetic devices, and ensure each one meets their functional and therapeutic needs. You’ll work hands-on with patients, collaborate with physicians and therapists, and provide ongoing adjustments and support to help patients regain mobility and independence.


Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM


What We're Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics
  • ABC or BOC Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO), Certified Orthotist (CO), or Certified Prosthetist (CP). Board-eligible candidates who have completed their NCOPE residency will also be considered.
  • Strong foundational understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, kinesiology, and material science.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to accommodate travel to hospitals, nursing facilities, and patient homes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual clinical needs and lifestyle goals, formulating customized orthotic or prosthetic treatment plans.
  • Perform precise casting, scanning, fitting, and modification of devices to optimize biomechanical function and patient comfort.
  • Instruct and empower patients on the proper application, maintenance, and safe utilization of their prescribed devices.
  • Facilitate comprehensive post-delivery follow-up care, executing necessary device adjustments and modifications to ensure sustained efficacy.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely clinical documentation and patient records in strict compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary healthcare team—including physicians, physical therapists, and technical staff—to drive optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide care in a variety of settings—home visits, hospitals, nursing homes, and more.
