🚀 The Role: In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing insurance claims, patient billing, and account follow-ups in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely reimbursement and delivering excellent service to our patients.

🔍 What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A fast learner who enjoys working in a team environment
• Proficient with computer systems and billing software

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Verify and enter patient insurance information accurately
• Communicate with patients regarding billing questions and follow-ups
• Contact insurance providers to manage patient accounts and ensure proper billing
• Maintain and update patient demographic information
• Transmit claims and conduct charge reviews
• File appeals with insurance companies when necessary to ensure payment
