🚀 The Role: Delivery Technician (Part-Time)

As a Delivery Technician, you’ll be responsible for stocking and maintaining referral source loan closets and supporting our Orthotics & Prosthetics department to ensure accurate billing, complete documentation, and exceptional service to our partners.

🔍 What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver and stock medical equipment at referral source and Stock & Bill locations
• Set up equipment and provide demonstrations for customers and referral sources as needed
• Process and distribute paperwork such as admission packets, patient instructions, DME orientations, and rental agreements
• Track Stock & Bill equipment to ensure all necessary documentation is received
• Load and unload equipment—lifting up to 100 lbs
• Pick up or collect returned equipment and verify item identification
• Obtain customer signatures for deliveries and pickups
• Follow all State of Michigan and Binson’s driving regulations
• Follow safety protocols when handling contaminated or infected equipment
• Adhere to store security procedures, emergency preparedness plans, and quality assurance standards
• Assist with inventory control, order tracking, and rental equipment logging
• Perform other duties as requested
