If you thrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments and want real growth, Bingham & Taylor’s Culpeper, VA foundry is calling. We’re expanding our second shift and hiring across several pivotal positions.

Where do you fit?

• Mold Operator – You’ll run molding lines and ensure every mold meets spec for a flawless pour.
• Pour Deck Operator – You’ll control the pour, balancing accuracy, timing, and safety.
• Core Room Operator – You’ll build the sand cores that define internal features—precise and structurally sound.
• Grinder Operator (Cleaning Room) – You’ll finish castings, grinding and cleaning to quality standards.
• Team Leads – You’ll lead third-shift production teams to hit targets while upholding quality and safety.
  
  

Your schedule & pay

Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Starting at $17.50/hour plus shift differential
