Restaurant Team Members (also known as Insiders) ensure a high quality customer experience—from preparing ingredients, to taking orders, to packaging pizza for delivery, to managing cleanliness and making sure guests have an amazing experience. The Restaurant Team Members reports to general managers and takes direction from assistant managers and shift leaders.
