What You'll Do

Create Amazing Drinks

• Prepare handcrafted coffee, espresso drinks, specialty sodas, teas, and other beverages
• Serve fresh baked treats and café menu items
• Ensure every drink is crafted with consistency, quality, and care
• Keep the café clean, organized, and welcoming

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

• Welcome every guest with a genuine smile
• Create a warm, friendly atmosphere from hello to goodbye
• Get to know our regular customers and their favorite drinks
• Recommend menu items and seasonal favorites
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and positivity

Be Part of the Team

• Support your teammates during busy rushes
• Learn new recipes, products, and seasonal offerings
• Maintain The Daily Shot's standards for quality, cleanliness, and service
• Bring energy, positivity, and a can-do attitude to every shift

• Previous barista or coffee shop experience
• Customer service or food service experience
