- W2: $16.31/hr
- Non-Taxable Weekly Stipend: $1,246.00
- Weekly Gross (36 hrs): $1,833.16
We are seeking an experienced Travel RN for a Telemetry role in a Neuro/Ortho unit. This is a 25-bed unit with a strong team environment and consistent patient flow. Ideal candidates should be comfortable handling a variety of med/surg and telemetry cases in a fast-paced setting.
- Unit Type: Neuro/Ortho (Telemetry)
- Beds: 25
- Patient Ratio: 5:1 to 6:1
- EMR: Meditech
- Equipment: Baxter IV Pumps, KCI wound vacs, SCD pumps
Staffing (Typical):
- Day Shift: Charge RN, Unit Clerk, 3 PCTs, 5 RNs
- Night Shift: 5 RNs, 1 PCT
- Active RN License
- Minimum 1 year of Telemetry experience
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- Experience with Meditech EMR
- Strong Telemetry background
- General Med/Surg competencies
- Chest tube management
- Management of non-titrated Cardizem and Amiodarone drips
- Management of weight-based Heparin drips
- Scrubs: Royal Blue
