Hybrid schedule (Tuesdays & Wednesdays onsite)
Position Summary
- Responsible for developing fixture plans and architectural drawings for new stores, relocations, expansions, remodels, and special projects
- Makes layout and design decisions based on site requirements, operational needs, and budget guidelines
- Collaborates cross-functionally with planning, design, construction, operations, and merchandising teams
- Ensures adherence to planning standards, timelines, and construction specifications
- Provides guidance and project assignments to store planners and external consultants
- Supports problem-solving during planning and construction phases while maintaining store opening schedules
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project data and create site-specific store layouts
- Produce architectural drawings aligned with operational and design standards
- Address site challenges and coordinate solutions with internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate project documentation and drawing distribution
- Support training and technical guidance for planners and consultants
- Manage special projects as assigned
Impact & Scope
- New store builds exceed $1M each
- Expansions average ~$750K
- Remodels average $350K–$450K
- Supports large-scale annual development and remodel initiatives
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Architecture/Interior Design or related field preferred
- 8 years of store planning, retail design, architecture, or interior design experience
- Strong working knowledge of REVIT and AutoCAD (required)
- Retail fixture/layout experience preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills
- Understanding of retail operations, construction processes, and building codes
Salary : $40 - $44
