Cash Flow Analyst – Summary
Contract role based in Needham with a required 4-day onsite schedule. The position focuses on supporting daily cash flow operations across investment portfolios.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of operations, fund accounting, or related experience in investment management
- Experience at an asset manager or custodian required
- Cash flow experience preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle high-volume email communication
- Global and offshore coordination experience is a plus
- Process improvement mindset preferred
Responsibilities:
- Process, monitor, and reconcile daily cash flows across accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (including offshore teams)
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or cash breaks
- Maintain operational controls and documentation
- Support and implement process improvements
Salary : $35 - $39
