Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex individual, business, and partnership tax returns
- Oversee and manage a team of tax professionals, including training, mentoring, and performance management
- Lead client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and high-net-worth individuals
- Develop, implement, and improve firm processes, workflows, and efficiencies
- Assist with operational oversight, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control
- Collaborate with current Partners on firm strategy, growth, and succession planning
- Gradually assume leadership and ownership responsibilities as part of the Partner transition
Required Qualifications
- Active CPA license (required)
- Extensive experience in tax preparation and review
- Prior experience as a Manager, Senior Manager, or Partner at a CPA firm
- Proven experience managing and leading a team
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and improve processes
- Strong technical tax knowledge and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication and client service skills
