We run high-volume media buying, operate proprietary creative and landing page engines, and deploy an AI agent that books appointments at scale. We're growing fast and bringing on someone to own one of the most important pieces of our business: lead supply.
The Role
We're hiring an Affiliate Manager to take full ownership of our supplier relationships and drive ROI across every dollar of lead spend. You'll be the operator behind a growing portfolio of supply partners, managing day-to-day, optimizing performance, and eventually sourcing new partnerships as we scale.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role reporting directly to leadership. You'll work alongside our COO, CEO, and CTO to shape how we acquire leads, where we spend, and how we maximize margin across every campaign.
What You'll Own
- Day-to-day management of all existing supplier relationships (lead sources, aggregators, ping/post partners)
- Performance analysis across suppliers, identifying highest-ROI opportunities and reallocating spend accordingly
- Negotiating pricing, volume commitments, and commercial terms with supply partners
- Working with our dev team to ensure clean integrations, disposition reporting, and data flow
- Monitoring lead quality, handling disputes on rejects and dupes, and ensuring suppliers hit performance benchmarks
- Sourcing and onboarding new supply partners as we scale
- Reporting weekly performance to leadership: CPL, contact rate, appointment rate, cost per appointment, and supplier-level margin
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 7 years of experience in affiliate management, performance marketing, media buying, or lead generation
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable living in spreadsheets, dashboards, and disposition reports
- Negotiation chops, you've sat across the table from suppliers and can hold pricing
- Operational mindset, you spot inefficiencies, ask the right questions, and don't wait to be told what to do
- Experience with lead distribution platforms (LeadProsper, Boberdoo, Phonexa, or similar) is a plus
- Home services or home improvement lead gen experience is a major plus, but not required for the right candidate
Comp & Benefits
- $80,000 to $120,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
