TikTok Creator Partnership / Affiliate Manager (US Market)
We are looking for a highly motivated Affiliate Manager to join our TikTok Shop US team!
If you are passionate about TikTok content, creator ecosystems, social commerce, and scaling GMV through influencer partnerships — this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Creator Acquisition
- Own creator sourcing for TikTok Shop US market through Affiliate Center, TikTok search, competitor analysis, and other channels. Identify high-potential creators to drive content production and sales conversion.
- End-to-End Creator Management
- Manage the full creator collaboration process:
- creator sourcing → outreach → negotiation → sample coordination → performance tracking.
- Build and maintain a scalable creator database for the US market.
- Content Strategy
- Develop short-form video strategies, creator briefs, and script templates. Build a reusable content asset library and regularly analyze viral-performing videos to optimize creator output quality.
- Content Review & Trend Monitoring
- Review creator submissions and conduct quality evaluations to ensure alignment with brand positioning and platform policies. Stay highly sensitive to TikTok trends and traffic opportunities.
- Creator Relationship Management
- Manage creator communities across different tiers (all creators / potential creators / core creators), organize training sessions and incentive campaigns, and maintain long-term relationships with top-performing creators.
- Creator Growth & Incubation
- Analyze creator performance data regularly, identify high-potential creators for incubation, support creator tier upgrades, and develop personalized growth strategies for top-tier creators (T4-T5).
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Fluent English communication skills (business-level proficiency required)
• 2 years of TikTok Shop US creator/affiliate operations experience
• Strong understanding of the US creator ecosystem and TikTok platform rules
• Existing creator resources/network is a strong plus
• Strong content sense and understanding of viral short-form video logic
• Excellent BD and negotiation skills with the ability to independently manage creator relationships
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities through analysis
• Strong execution and ownership mindset, result-oriented toward GMV growth
