Wine Sales Associate– Part Time available
Bin 604 Wine Sellers, located in Harbor East, is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Wine Sales Associate to join our team. If you love fine wine and enjoy creating exceptional guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Deliver excellent customer service, anticipating and responding to guest needs
- Share a genuine passion for wine and an eagerness to learn more
- Lead tastings and confidently educate guests about wine
- Bring a positive attitude and enthusiasm to every shift
- Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively and promote sales
- Stay calm and professional under pressure, including when handling guest concerns
- Thrive working both independently and as part of a team
- Offer flexibility with scheduling, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or retail experience (wine knowledge a plus)
