As a Quality Inspector, your work directly impacts on our ability to meet high-quality standards and exceed customer expectations. Your efforts will help build a culture of quality and safety, ensuring that every product meets our customers’ needs and complies with industry standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong ability to interpret detailed blueprints and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in basic math, measurement tools, and inspection processes
- Basic blueprint reading knowledge is preferred (training is available for the right candidate).
- Communication & Detail-Oriented: Strong communication skills for reporting quality issues, along with the ability to maintain detailed inspection records and documentation.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications in quality or manufacturing preferred.
- Experience: One year exp quality inspection or manufacturing, with hands-on experience in blueprint reading/product testing.
- Ability to stand and walk for majority of the shift (approx. 80%).
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. occasionally, with the use of forklifts and material-handling equipment as needed.
- Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling may be required for certain inspection tasks.
- Safety equipment provided: steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
- This position will be required to work 1st shift, 5am-1pm, M-F.
