- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to production activities.
- Coordinate with production and quality departments to align maintenance schedules with production demands and quality standards.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for professional development.
- Ensure the maintenance team adheres to all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety first.
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of all machinery, equipment, and utility systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment histories.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

- Minimum of 5-7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
