Inventory Replenishment Specialist (Tuesday–Saturday)
Position Summary
The Inventory Replenishment Specialist is responsible for executing end-to-end replenishment planning and distribution activities across Direct Store Delivery (DSD), warehouse, and third-party networks. This role ensures optimal inventory positioning, supports high service level attainment, and drives operational efficiency across transportation, production, and customer-facing functions. The position plays a key role in maintaining service continuity, resolving execution issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute replenishment planning and order management for DSD routes, warehouse customers, and outside order channels.
- Monitor inventory levels at the store and warehouse level; proactively adjust plans to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
- Plan, process, and track DSD orders and deliveries to ensure accurate and timely execution.
- Support dispatch operations including route alignment, driver support, and equipment planning as required.
- Coordinate closely with Production and Shipping to align supply with demand and optimize fulfillment outcomes.
- Manage replenishment and inventory flow to third-party warehouse locations.
- Prepare and validate documentation for cross-border and international shipments to ensure compliance.
- Support reconciliation processes for DSD and warehouse deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timely issue resolution.
- Address customer service issues including freezer monitoring, service disruptions, and store-level concerns.
- Maintain and improve system accuracy across replenishment tools, delivery platforms, and reporting outputs.
- Identify and drive process improvements to reduce cost, improve efficiency, and enhance service performance.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory planning, order management, or distribution operations.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and replenishment or order management systems.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with limited supervision.

Work Environment & Schedule
- Standard schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Flexibility required to support operational demands, including holidays and peak periods.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs as required for the role.
Salary : $52,561 - $60,417
