Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Trucking Insurance Sales Agent located in Arlington, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility until training is complete. The Sales Agent will engage daily in prospecting, cold calling, and networking to identify potential commercial trucking clients. Responsibilities include providing consultations to clients, developing tailored insurance solutions, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves conducting policy reviews, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working closely with underwriters and other team members.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5 years of previous commercial trucking experience is preferred.
- Insurance License: Must possess an active Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets, with exceptional prospecting and closing abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients.
- Self-Motivation: Strong self-motivation and a drive for success, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficient in using AMS360 software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
