The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized service and expertise on Billy Reid’s products. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, maintaining the presentation of the store, achieving sales goals, and developing customer relationships. Collaboration with the team to ensure smooth store operations is essential. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills with the ability to create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and collaborate with team members.
- Knowledge of retail sales, including achieving sales goals and understanding product offerings.
