- Deliver top-notch customer service and hospitality to ensure a positive customer experience
- Develop strong product knowledge to better guide the client through options on the sales floor
- Work closely with team members to collaborate on sales strategies and techniques to increase sales
- Collaborate with store director to set, meet & exceed sales goals
- Drive sales through service & customer relationships
- Utilize Customer lists & profiles to maintain healthy & genuine connections with our customers
- Support omni channel initiatives including but not limited to web order fulfillment and email opt in
- Manage inventory levels on the floor and assist with shipping and receiving of product.
- Maintain an elevated level of cleanliness and order within the sales floor and stockroom.
- Operate in compliance with all Billy Reid policies and procedures
- Complete all daily tasks in a timely manner
- Retail sales experience, ideally with a luxury retail brand
- Resiliency – ability to find alternative solutions
- Effective collaborator with peers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when appropriate
