Bill Luke CDJR is looking for an experienced Wholesale Title Clerk to join our fast-paced, high-volume dealership team in Phoenix!
With more than 800 vehicles sold per month, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced title professional who understands dealership deal flow, retail title processing, and Arizona MVD requirements.
We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high volume of transactions while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Dealership title experience is required. This is not an entry-level position.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Wholesale title department, ensuring all employees are trained and that the Wholesale area is running efficiently.
- Submit titles to the buyers timely ensuring payment to the dealership.
- Manage all Wholesale title schedules
- Research, identify, and resolve title discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with Arizona MVD title and registration requirements
- Manage high-volume deal flow while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
- Review documentation for completeness and resolve missing or incorrect information
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of automotive dealership title clerk experience required
- Experience processing retail automotive deals and title paperwork
- Familiarity with Arizona title and registration procedures
- Ability to manage a high volume of deals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with multiple departments
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
Please note: This position requires prior automotive dealership title experience. Candidates without relevant dealership title processing experience will not be considered.
