Role Description The Title Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ. This position is responsible for processing vehicle titles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and local regulations, and coordinating title-related documentation for retail and wholesale transactions. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing contracts, verifying ownership documents, working with lenders and DMVs, and resolving title discrepancies or issues in a timely manner. The Title Specialist collaborates closely with sales, finance, and accounting teams to support smooth deal completion and to ensure all title records are maintained and filed correctly. This role also involves communicating with customers and internal stakeholders about title status, contributing to efficient operations and a positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess experience with Automotive title and registration including document handling and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with CDK automotive DMS a plus, was well as A.A.D.A. Software.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with customers, lenders, DMVs, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities, such as assisting in onboarding or guiding team members on title procedures and best practices.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include attention to detail, proficiency with dealership or title management software, familiarity with Arizona motor vehicle regulations, and the ability to manage multiple
- Prior automotive title or related administrative experience strongly preferred.
