- Coordinate with Used Car Manager to ensure all used car inventory is inspected and repaired in a timely manner.
- Ensure all new vehicles inspections are completed in a timely manner.
- Assist service advisors in handling overflow of service clients.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Update customers on the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions.

- Previous experience in automotive service writing or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively explain technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
